Shipping at Tailmont
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Here's what to expect when you order from Tailmont.
Free U.S. Shipping Over $75
Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $5.95.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12pm ET on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
- Standard Shipping (Free over $75 / $5.95 under): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping ($14.95): 2–3 business days
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll send you an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. boxes via Standard Shipping only. Expedited shipping is not available for P.O. box deliveries.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you spot an error, contact us immediately at support@tailmont.com and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or appears lost, contact us at support@tailmont.com and we'll work with the carrier to locate it.
